Just the 2 of us again :( Jess is now up in the air on her way home. We had a wonderful time with her and shared lots of experiences. She would've loved today's hike - we walked to Lautenbrunnen then got the cable car up to Grüschalp from where we walked through forests on the edge of the mountainside and the scenery and names of some of the places we didn't know if we were in Lord of The Rings or Game of Thrones! At one point we came across a log cabin and would you believe the shooter that we met yesterday was there helping chop wood for a friend. Some of the walk then was very steep up and down! We past Chüebodmi and Lobhornhütte before arriving at Sulwald to get a very small and narrow cable car (held 8 people or 1 cow !) down to Isenfluh. Had our picnic homemade soup while waiting for the bus down into Lautenbrunnen. Then of course we still had another 45mins to walk to the campsite and Priscilla! As if we hadn't down enough today!! Very quite everywhere now as the season really is over and doesn't start again until 1st Dec when the winter sports tourists start to arrive. Fell into bed exhausted after watching a slide show of all our pictures from when we were in the UK - seems forever ago! What wonderful memories we have (just from there!)
