Had the most delicious
croissants for breakfast given to us by a friend of Jane’s. Took Jane &
Laura’s and our washing over to the Laundrette (Jess had loads! It’s her last
day with us today before she starts her 24 day 12 country tour of Europe - we
will miss her so muchL It has been so
wonderful to have her with us and to experience some of our adventures together
J). Very very windy today (mui viento) La
Tramuntana wind coming off the mountains. We walked to visit Jane in her office
(she is a travel agent and local tour operator). Really really hope she comes
to visit us one day in Australia but she is adamant she cannot spend more than
8 hours on a plane! We came back to the apartment and sat out on the terrace
reading our books (because we can!) while Jess sorted out movies on the hard
drive. David & I went for a walk along the front to the point. In the
evening we all (except Laura as she is still suffering with her back) went out
for dinner to Don Quijote restaurant. It was one of the best meals I have had
since being away and we all ate Catalan style except Jess of course who had a
pizza.
