| Back to work! It had been very windy while we were away so lots of sweeping and dusting. David cut all the lawns again. |

| Hetty had her friend Renee (English) come over for coffee. She has lived here 14 years and lost her husband 3 years ago. She lives in a very remote rustic house about 15mins drive from here (we hope to see it sometime). |

| Hope & I got stuck into a big job (will take a while) all the windows and balcony doors on the outside and on both levels need varnishing (to protect from the weather). |

| Alan had to pull the dishwasher out as we had a huge leak - there was a whole in one of the hoses, so, later on David offered to drive Alan's car (as Alan was tired) down to the coast and into Malaga to get a replacement. David & Alan also did more "Hotel shopping" while they were out and got back about 7.30pm. Still seems funny that all the shops close at about 1.30pm then open again about 5pm til late. |

| We ate at the kitchen table while the new guests (Germans) ate in the dinning room as it was really very chilly. The only bad thing about being here is that we don't get to hear or (try) to speak Spanish. |
