| After lunch David Hope & I walked up the hill behind the hotel to pick some almonds. They have many trees on the property but it is a very labour intensive job to harvest them - we just picked them for fun and later fried them in olive oil & salt - delicious. |

| Me being silly with the pestle! Reminded me of the Danny Kaye film - Court Jester - "the poisons in the pestle of the vessel of the brew that is true"!!!! Watch the scene on u tube - it's hilarious (remember Trace?) Later we enjoyed roast chicken on the terrace and then got Priscilla ready as we are going away for 2 nights in the morning to Jerez for a horse show with Alan & Hetty (they have a hotel booked) We are leaving Hope in charge. Watched August: Osage County movie then off to bed. |
