| The polish couple checked out and a Dutch couple arrived today. I showed Hope how to use the coffee machine so she practiced on us all. Hope and I let Alan have a sleep in and we did the breakfast for the guests on our own. Cleaned rooms, did washing and ironing while David mowed all the lawns and looked after his pool again! |

| The pool at "our house" Alan decided (as it is empty) to clean it out and fill it up. We were not bothered about it being filled as we use the hotel pool. He thinks it will be easier to maintain full - so we're not complaining! |

| In the evening Alan & Hetty wanted an early night as they were exhausted so David & I were left in charge! The Dutch guests had gone out for a meal to the village 3kms away and then relaxed in the sitting room - luckily they didn't stay up too late as we tired too (David watched English Soccer) |
