Day 19 Hotel

Beautiful day for gardening

We had to remove the middle succulent (Aloe Vera family) plant as it is hard to read the entry hotel sign

I can be very dangerous with shears!!!

We made a good job and was hot hard rewarding work - coffee time now.

David is still working on getting the huge courtyard painted. Hetty made a delicious salad lunch with Sangaria then I had a lovely Skype with Mum Jess and Ruby (the dog)

Pork stuffed with prunes raisins & apricots-230 oven 40 mins. serve with warmed berries and juices from the meat. Was devine.

The new Polish guests wanted 3 courses - so we had to suffer again! So we ate with them on The Terrace as they were the only guests.

We had Salmon mousse then the pork then pofiteroles
