Cheltenham and The Cotswolds

Arrived in Cheltenham to very nice accommodation in a serviced  apartment for 3 nights.

Settled in.

We feel like and Jess says we look like homeless people with our stuff out off the car we bring in to accommodation!!!! And I must admit we actually are!!!! 😂

Watched the weather forecast so good job we are not in the tent 🏕

Sorted out our wet tents and got them hanging in the bathrooms to dry! Jess and I caught up on The Batchelor Australia tonight- David watched the cricket.

Drove into to The Cotswolds to a beautiful village called Chipping Campden. Lots of arty crafty shops and cottages to die for. David really enjoyed the museum here.

Marmite 💕

My maiden name.

Jess loved  all the antique shops and the silver cutlery.

Hydrangeas- all the flowers and hanging baskets are stunning at the moment.

The market square.

We drove through Burton on the Water and didn’t stop as it was inundated with tourists!

Bibury.

We did well to get a photo with no one else in it here!!!!! The tourists were even looking through the people’s front windows!

Had an afternoon tea here at The Swan.

The wasps have been really bad this year every where we have been.

Jess bought me a ring from a lady who we watched making silver jewellery.

Today was a wet day so we went shopping and went to the movies to see Once upon a time in Hollywood. Back at our accommodation Jo knocked up a roast chicken dinner at Jess’s request. Moving on in the morning.
