We have walked 155miles that's 250km according to our book but we think this is as the crow flies- not taking into account the ups and downs. So we are now about a quarter of the way! We have climbed 9752m so that's ONE Everest done! Have been on the path 18 days and have walked 16 of those days. We have spent an average of £52 per day on food drink and accommodation. We have got used to having to be contortionists when in the tent and we sleep top and tail as it gives us more room. All our equipment is working very well (best when dry) and Jo is coping well with no makeup or hairdryer. It's too hard to camp when we stop walking for the day if it's raining so opt for Pub accommodation or a B&B. The walk is exceeding our expectations and has been wonderful so far. Meeting great people along the way so this all adds to this adventure.
