Had a coffee and a Portuguese pastry of course ! after we had got Priscilla ready (emptied toilet and fresh water added) set off and stopped at a place that might have had parts that we need. They helped us with an external running light that we had damaged months ago in Cordoba . One item down two to go!!! Drove up the coast which is one if the worlds best surfing areas. Headed then inland towards Tomar. A scenic drive through wineries and arable land that are wind protected by natural hedges of sugarcane. Then headed through vast areas of pine and blue gum plantations arriving at The Knights Templars town of Tomar. We managed to find the small City campsite right in the heart of town. Lots to visit so will stay here a few days to explore relax and catch up with laundry ! Cannot believe it's the middle of August and chilly at night!!!! Even the locals say it is unusual .
