I helped for the first time doing breakfast for 6 adults 5 children and 2 babies! (They do not normally take children but as times are hard here in Spain they are taking what ever they can get) Breakfast was not too bad and with me helping Alan & Hetty we got it done quicker. David was again working around the pool area. I cleaned more rooms and David and I then relaxed around the pool . David had a swim. We then went over to the courtyard at the Hotel to use the internet (checking emails doing blog etc) and more guests arrived that Alan knew nothing about! (Faulty Tower moment again!) so all hands on deck to prepare rooms! They all also want dinner tonight so mad dash to get more supplies out of the frezzer! Relaxed again around the courtyard and caught up on Australian news and the blog. We are really enjoying it here with all it's made moments! As it is Easter we may (after breakfast) borrow Alan's car and drive into Malaga as the Easter celebrations (Semana Santa) are very big here. We both helped in the kitchen in the evening. I learned to make risotto and we cooked for all the guests dorado (sea bass) asparagus, pineapple cooked in pepper and brown sugar served with ice cream. We made spaghetti for the kids. A busy but very enjoyable day.
