Val & Malcolm went out
while we waited for Mike & Liz to arrive from Harpenden with all luggage.
We then took Mike & Liz to see the Motorhome and they were very impressed.
Off to show them Mudeford Quay (where David proposed) and we had a lovely pub
meal while listening to the wild weather that had started outside. Yes Tracy I
can hear you saying “I’ve never been to Mudeford Quay in decent weather.” It
was soooo windy and we saw a life boat go out! Later we saw it come back in and
they had rescued some paddle boarders who were very tired in gale force winds.
We went for a short walk (or tried to!) then Mike & Liz dropped us off at
Val’s and we said our goodbyes to them and we will meet up somewhere in Europe
down the track. Val had prepared a lovely meal so unfortunately we had to eat
again!!! Great evening relaxing/drinking and watching the English TV show The
Voice.
