Woke up to another very overcast cast, packed up Priscilla, headed north and followed the coast hoping to have a scenic drive - it was - but the fog came down and covered most of it. We didn't travel that far until we came to Finisterre - the most western point of Spain and also the ultimate finish of the Camino de Santiago (walk). We found a spot to park Priscilla very high up on the cliffs(see photo Priscilla is a white dot just below the clouds) and decided to stay for the night. Made lunch then the 3 of us walked to the lighthouse and saw the many mementos that mark the end of the walk. Lots of boots and items have been left here and people also have burnt items at the end of their walk as there were lots of smouldering patches. Also an area where they leave a shell or stone that they have carried with them( one had a small map of Australia on it). Chilled out at Priscilla and got chatting to a lovely German man travelling on this own. Had pasta & veggies for dinner and watched the sunset and took in the calm water and goats. I went to bed while David & Jess watched another episode of Games of Thrones.
