Back to Bridport

After a great night’s sleep we tucked into a full English breakfast. Drove down the road to Mudeford Quay to take some pictures as it was too dark last night and now it was pouring with rain! Off then to Val & Malcolm’s in Christchurch (not far from Mudeford). It was great to catch up again and finally meet her lovely husband. They have a lovely big and warm house and a cute dog called Sunnie (they say he is a substitute for grandchildren but we think it’s because of the lack of sun too!). Popped into see the Motorhome we saw yesterday - still quite like it and have asked Clive & Janet to cast their expert eyes over it tomorrow. Set off back to Bridport in horrible torrential rain! David & Sheila had put on a fantastic family get together meal as all of them won’t be with us Christmas day. There was pork afelia, chilli con carne, lamb tagine, salad, jackets and rice followed by lots of yummy deserts. So we have now met all the grandchildren.
