While Sue and Peter were away we did some jobs around the place as well as help with the animals. We do like to be busy and helpful. We have also sorted out a car (not picked it up yet)and a 2 week holiday in Spain as the flights are so very cheap.

I cooked them a meal on their return. Vegetable soup Thai salmon and sticky date pudding with caramel sauce. They really appreciated the meal and all the work we had done.

Leaving Chapelthorne in the morning for Bridport to pick up our new old car. It has been such a wonderful experience here and we are experts in looking after horses - well shoveling shit anyway! We plan to return after our long walk approx October as they want the house painted.
