Got all our washing done at Linda & Ian's and aired the tent and sleeping bags in the garden. Was great seeing them again and sat chatting with G&T's outside. Marcus, one of their sons joined us for a gorgeous 3 course meal.

A lovely homemade Sunday roast
Sunday- Linda picked runner beans from the garden and we relaxed for most of the day until 4pm when Ian took us to the local health & fitness centre where we swam in the outdoor pool!!!! Then went in the steam room.

Monday-after porridge with 5 different fruits in bed then coffee and Linda's homemade cheese scones, we walked with Ian to Plymouth Hospital as I needed to have a blood test to check my thyroid levels (just routine as had it all remove before we started this trip).

Had a great meal in RockFish then walked 2 miles back. Adam, Linda & Ian's other son is now home so he has to sleep on the floor as we have taken his bed!!!
